Now cs lets you hear the opponents radio calls, can we generate a list of text only calls, that dont need a radio call to be associated with them?
For instance here are a few I use, with radio calls, soon to be changed.

Bomb safe - for now. (Need Backup)
Going left,right,straight on. (Need Backup)
Im at the bomb site Cover me!!! (Cover me)
Enemy spotted prompts. (Enemy Spotted)

How about changing the enemy spotted scripts to say something different, to perhaps fool an enemy? like sector clear, or something.

Anyway, you get the idea.

I think the trouble with using text, is that it doesn't show up on the radar - so having the message enemy spotted or similar is of limited use.

I think you can still use radio commands, just with more caution. If you're in a group or well positioned, you can even use them to draw the opposition into a trap.

Changing the commands borders on cheating, and the fact is you would still be giving your position away no-matter what you said.

One thing I'm not sure about, is can the enemy hear voice chat if they're close enough? In theory they should be able to, but I don't know if this has been implemented. If not, it gives people with voice chat an even bigger advantage.

Yes you can hear the enemy commands. Bloody usefull too.

Not been convinced by it yet, and I have noticed the ping tends to jump when others are speaking. Perhaps it's just the servers I've been on, and I have only played once or twice since the update.

I'll see what it's like in the next few DVF games, and that might convice me to buy a gamevoice.

Like i said i havent noticed and adverse affects while speaking and running around at the same time.
