what graphics card to buy

i was thinking around £200 to £250

You can get a pretty quality card for around the £200 mark, I think the ATI 8500 shud be around that mark, and so should some of the GF4's. Which GF2 is it that u've got?

Knowing the driver support with ATI, I'd just go for a Geforce4 Ti.

4200s will be more than enough for a while yet, especially with the processor you have as they scale pretty well, and are in the £120-150 range at the moment. Spend the rest of your money on something else

If you must spend more you can get some 4600s at around the £250 mark, and as ever, prices are falling all the time especially with the NV30 likely to released towards the end of year/start of next.
