Wouldn't at first so I don't know whether it was still downloading or what. I opened it in another window so of course it now plays from IEs' Cache.

I had to load the .wav link up first, before I heard it cached.

Does Geocities allow external linking? Best to put them on the webspace you get with your ISP if you can.
