Gram said last night that he would be part of this. He hasn't posted here to confirm, but we'll assume he still wants to be part of it

Monza wanted more information, so I was gonna have a quick chat on ICQ after the game. But I've not found him yet

I think we should go ahead with the 18 - thats the 17 on the first post in this thread, plus Gram. Even if Gram's changed his mind, Monza would have an opportunity to take his slot. If not, I'll just pay the extra share

This would save the dilemma of "we've got 19 peeps but getting an 18-player server"!

People (such as Monza) who haven't signed up can always pay later. They could even send cheques during the next three months, to get rcon powers straight away and have some money in their "server account" that I'll keep a record of

ready for the next time we pay.

So if people don't mind, I'll get the emails out now. It's £195 / 18 = £10.84 each. That's for an 18-player server.
