Last night I was on the server and observed that most people on it was DVF. Which is great but we need to get more public interest.When i was on I was aking people about our server and most of them thought it was for DVF only!!!!
So after that bit of research I think a rename is in order.

This does not mean however I am unhappy with the server name just trying to get more people in.

What does everyone else think

We dont need a rename, cos if you look at the list of servers in Jolt they all have names in similar format to ours.

We probably wont get that many people on there to start with anyhow, cos most people have their favourite servers they tend to play on.

Just give it time and we will get more people on there, and remeber the server was only new as of yesterday, so it will take people a while to find it

I shall spread the word of our mighty server to all corners of the land (by that I mean Yorkshire )

And don't forget that many people have the Jolt servers in gamespy, and wouldn't necessarily add another server when it first pops up

But I'm thinking a rename might be an idea. Partly for Barracuda's reason, but partly because it 'don't' all fit on the scoreboard

This morning I set it to plain old -=DVF=-, but Barracuda suggested -=DVF=- Public Server. But now I'm thinking it might be better not to call it a "public server", as this is how Jolt name their true public 24/7 servers.

So I'll change it to -=DVF=- clanserver in a few minutes, and we'll see how we like it

EDIT - oh and remember to put it in your sigs on The DVD Forums! A lot of us have already, and it seemed to work a bit
