Righty, I've had a play and this is still the best I can do
What it SHOULD do is let you use a single key to cycle through the eight most commonly altered settings, displaying their values on screen. Unfortunately, what it ACTUALLY does is the same but only displaying the values in the console. For this reason, I'd recommend not bothereing with binding it, and just typing CSET in the console. Then press up/enter to do it again. Do this eight time and you've gone through the eight settings (it's easy to add room for other settings if you wish). (After going through these eight, it's ready to start at number one again, btw).
Make a config file called currentsettings.cfg (or whatever) and in it copy this:
<!-- BBCode Start --><TABLE BORDER=0 ALIGN=CENTER WIDTH=85%><TR><TD><font size=-2>dode:</font><HR></TD></TR><TR><TD><FONT SIZE=-1><PRE>bind f4 "cset"
alias cset "cset1"
alias cset1 "developer 1; rcon sv_gravity; developer 0; alias cset cset2"
alias cset2 "developer 1; rcon mp_friendlyfire; developer 0; alias cset cset3"
alias cset3 "developer 1; rcon mp_tkpunish; developer 0; alias cset cset4"
alias cset4 "developer 1; rcon mp_freezetime; developer 0; alias cset cset5"
alias cset5 "developer 1; rcon mp_roundtime; developer 0; alias cset cset6"
alias cset6 "developer 1; rcon mp_timelimit; developer 0; alias cset cset7"
alias cset7 "developer 1; rcon mp_c4timer; developer 0; alias cset cset8"
alias cset8 "developer 1; rcon mp_forcechasecam; developer 0; alias cset cset1"[/code]
As I said, you might want to get rid of the bind bit, or use a different key obviously
If you can make it do what I was trying to, let me know!
As you can see it's fairly simple. The reason it took more than five minutes was that I was trying to make the silly software do the (apparently
) imposisble
And I deleted it by accident
And as some of you know, it caused me to spend the mid-morning and some of the afternoon locked out of (banned from) our server
That's been rectified now! < grin >
