It's called ServerSpy.Net and is meant to cover all servers, though it's still beta at the moment.

Go
and do a search for begins with -=DVF=-.

And dont forget Gamespy does that as well

EDIT-- oops said that before i looked at the link. GS only covers servers you've entered yourself, this thing covers the lot - nice one Mach
