DivX Codecs?

i've downloaded gangs of new york off kazaa but when i try to play it in divx i keep getting a player error saying its failed to open the file. >:(

When i try to open it in winamp i get the sound but no picture so i don't think the files bad :shrug:

, but i read somewhere that you may need a codec for divx to play it.

So does anyone know what codec i need and where i can download it from?

tried MediaPlayer??? (It works in mine) - It should auto-download the corect codec for you.

Get the latest codec , you can choose to install just the codec and not the movie player.

Just download these, choose the path where you want to install them... that's it, media player do the rest!
