Well, going away soon, and have decided I have simply got to lose weight. I have joined a gym, but dont go half as much as I should, but have been going out on my bike a bit lately. In fact with a bit more exercise and a change of diet, I have managed to shift half a stone in a few weeks. Im not even allowing myself to have a beer whilst playing CS at night. Stopped drinking coke and other fizzy shit, just water and juice lately. Just everything healthy tastes wank. Wish I could have it all a'la KFC.

Will give you an update next week, see if the weight is still going down. Hopefully. :thumbs:
