Since some people were saying they couldn't find where DVFers are playing, I made this page.
Have a look, does anyone think it would be at all useful?

Wow, that's pretty neat

One option that would be useful is a select all button (and an deselect all one), though I don't know how easy that would be.

It's certainly useful for people who go connect through HL (like me) but I think a lot of people use GameSpy so I don't know.

If other people think it'll be useful I'll add a link from the main site.

You're right about it not being that useful for people who use Gamespy, but I've got a phobia about programs like that, especially after using Wireplay Browser for ages.

So where do you put the download file to add all the servers to your favs ?

I presume it's only necessary to copy over the /cstrike one (and not the HL one also for Mod users) but if this is wrong I'll change it.

I've added the Wireplay servers - seems like half of them have disappeared since I last used them, probably because gameplay have abandoned them, pity

I also checked on where favsvrs.dat is supposed to go, it has to go in the Half-Life directory, doesn't work if you put it in Half-Lifecstrike.
That's for the MOD version, don't know about the retail one.

I've changed this then.

Not sure about the retail either, though presumably it'll be one dir back from the cstrike one, which is what I've put for the moment.

If any retail users know any different speak up.

Another prob with this is that it overwrites all your old servers

How can you add them and keep your old ones

Also you can only have one type of server not a mixture
