It's online now for clan DFoA, so it looks like they only come online for the hour they're booked for (which is pretty obvious really, or people would just stay on them).

Sorry mate - I've never done this before so I doubt I'd have any more idea than you.

It may be just as simple as logging in with the rcon password rather than the client one, and then using the commands I gave a link to to change any options. If so there shouldn't be any problems.

Presumably there doesn't even need to be anyone doing the admin, though it would make it easier if we wanna change the map or something.

When I add the server to Gamespy, I only get back a no response, and no players. Should I have a look thru the NGUK website?
Hopefully wont be a problem when connecting, but I still like to make sure.

doh! typically, the website only goes up to 212.137.72.52:40040 not the 40050 server. Its just not fair

Just add the server through the Counter-Strike menu.
