yesturday i went to log on to dvf then it said my steam account was banned, so i tryed going on other servers and i could connect, but not on dvf- why was i banned?

so does this mean im banned becuase the only thing i can recall that might of got me banned was tking massey, but i did that becuase he shot me on purpose and got me to 7 health so i shot him (but not dead) then he tkd me, then the round after next he shot me again so i shot him in the head... please help me cause dvf is the only server i go on
