So - I just received a fixed penalty notice in the post for allegedly driving through a red light. What speed was I driving at the time?

13mph.

Does anyone know how I go about getting them to send me the picture of the offense, because this seems ludicrous to me. I know that on the day it's claimed to have happened the town was almost gridlocked, and I suspect this would have been in heavy traffic...

There should be a contact address listed on the FPN which you can contact for
more info / request photos and such. At least, they did 4 years ago when I
received my last one.

Cheers Sub, there's a phone number on there I'll call on monday.
Don't expect I'll get anywhere though...they'll probably ban me because at 13mph I'm clearly a danger to the public.
