Got back from an expensive week spent at EuroDisney. It was hot, big, loud and knackering but great fun. I actually drove all the way there and back which is a thousand mile round trip door to door (I checked), this was a bad decision. The bloody French Autoroutes are terrible! You don't get any warning of a junction and I got completely confused at a cross junction near Charles de Gaulle Airport and only managed to get on to the right route by pure luck. The only thing good about the autoroutes are the fact that there are no roadworks. Disneyland itself was, of course, fantastic. I stayed in the Sequoia Lodge around Disney lake. Its a 3 star hotel thats has a theme (Hunters lodge) as does the other hotels run by Disney. I'll go again but next time I'll fly or take the train and try a different hotel.. maybe the Newport Bay because its closer to the Village.

If you have Kids it's a great but expensive holiday... oh and don't drive....also it's worth buying fastpass for the popular rides 'cos the queue's can be very long!

I've been a couple of times now, and we're going again in two weeks.

We stayed at the Hotel New York (nice) the first time, but last time we spoiled ourselves and stayed in the Disney Hotel (stupidly nice). Trouble is that we've had to book the Disney hotel this time because anything else would be a let down.

You get into the park an hour earlier if you stay in the Disney Hotel

I went there about a year after it opened. Was practically empty which was great cos we didnt have to queue for anything!
