I can't find a hotspot though :/ but it is ruddy brilliant.

soooo many good games now though - Ouendan, Mario & Luigi, Advance wars, mario kart and Castlevania - I'm good for the year!

Definitely, but I can't at the moment as the office wireless access over here in Santa Clara is secured and so is the one in my hotel.

I'm thinking of getting one of those ninty wireless access points.

The japanese mario kart was released today - amid a total of 3 hours advertising campaign on the major network!

Here are the SWF of the adverts, and they are quite impressive compared to ours (in Canada I should say)

Here's the leading theory (for me) on why the release was later in Japan than the West.

"Ok, Shigeru, the Americans will need at least a month's lead in order to train themselves. The europeans, two weeks only. Then, the japanese will break them into little pieces once they get this game.

-Ok, let's release it like this."
