So its very nearly time for me and my mates to find a house for next year...and i'm trying to get as many tips and as much advice as possible before monday (as thats when the main housing agency for liverpool starts advertising the properties for next year).

So yeah i just thought i'd post here with the hope that i might get some good hints as to what too look out for and what i should steer clear of.
