I just couldnt help myself :/ I have had a tinker around inside my xbox, and have fitted a switch to enable/disable the modchip for xboxl!ve. Also managed to fit in there a nice quiet 80mm fan with variable speed adjustment pot on the back of the box, so when I am watching a film at night I can turn the fan down to silent.
And, a HD activity led, twinned with a pair of new led's for the front light so it now glows blue with white instead of green and red.

Had to do a bit of dremeling to get the front led's to fit though.

I use mine a lot for when I go away, so now I can use it to watch films on and play games, mame, snes emus etc. Miles better now imho.
