Try a different brand of dvd. My uncles machine wont read certain types of dvdr media, try a rw one if possible. What you may have to do woz, is find out what bios size is on your chip. I sent you a 1mb bios file by email, with 4 banks of 256 bios files. Your chip may only have 2x256 banks, in which case you will need to use a 512k bios.
Go down to bios, then get some of the x2 bios from pages 2 and 3. You may also have to burn a few disks to get one which works.
Sorry, but thats the best I can do for you without actually having the box here. Can you borrow a dvdr for the night to try at home? Or take your xbox into work to do it? Now your the big boss man and all. :)
