You get $1000 'play money', which can be refilled twice a day if you lose it.
The usual games are there, including my favourite - No-Limit Texas Hold'em (the one you see on late-night TV).

It's a small client download which (as far as I know) has no adware etc; and costs bugger all to play online with "play money"

If you want to then there are also real money games; just don't blame me when you lose your loot.

I'm often floating about on the 'play money' No Limit (NL) games on the weekends (user id is "Wintermute87").

Anyway, a good way to kill an hour or two and costs nothing; this site seems better than most.

BTW, you can also setup your own tables and stage your own tournaments, so if we have a few people interested then we could setup our own DVF tournament (all this costs nothing too).

I play Texas Hold'em on Labrokes occasionally , we normally have a card school round someones house but you can book private tables on ladbrokes as well, it is quite a bit different from playing face to face but it is a laugh.

I play for real money with friends, although so far I've resisted the urge to play for real money on the net.
...so far anyway, won a couple of tournaments tonight and my $1,000 play money is now $50,000.
