w00t, all finished, oooooh look at the time :nuts:

I have to say the ending was fine, like a movie ending really, I dont see what the problem is, also Gman = Alien or summat, he aint human!!!.

I loved the last 2 levels, they really were amazing graphically.

HL2 = :clap:

Bring on HL3 :chow:

Oh well, time for sleep

I managed to take these piccies of bits you aint supposed to go. I guess walking over an acid lake for an hour with only 2 crates for company does this to you. I had dragged these crates for ages, thinking I needed them, I jumped onto this ledge thinking it was my way off the level I had been stuck on for hours. No, turns out I went were valve didnt expect people to go. typical.

Well, just finished it myself. Got stuck for AGES on the (spoilers): bit where you have to defend yourself with the drone guns in the prison (3 days!! Seriously) but did the rest in relative ease. Yes, it is quite easy compared to some games I suppose, but honestly I've never had so much fun in a game. Ending a bit crap, but I don't really think of it as an ending - I expect we're getting the rest of the story fairly soon as an expansion pack.

Can't pretend I really understood the ending either. I think there's a fine line between intriguing mystery and cod-philosophical claptrap. But after this long playing the game I can't say I feel cheated. It was great fun!

Wonder if we'll get to fly a gunship in the next one? :-)
