This may be old news but i recently downloaded a program from a company called Team Xlink, the program called Kai can be found on .
Now when you have connected your xbox to your pc via its ethernet port and an xbox link cable, you can select the 'System link' option and play on your xbox like you were online!!

obviously its not quite l!ve but you can like me, have hours of halo2 fun! - i have been playing with 4 of us on my xbox, plus another 10 random people from around the world and the gaming is ace, very little lag.
