i seem to be lvling really slowly since lvl 30, its not that the quests don't give enough xp, its that i can't find enough quests....

But basically I complained that a GM promised me that he would escalate my problem to tech support - refund me the 10g that I lost on the AH due to an unannounced server rollback, not post in game mails to me when I have a call in that i cannot connect to the game and basically not to tell me that a GM cannot handle a call and automatically close it refering me to the tech support forums.

I posted on the tech support forums as told to by the GM, to get my issue resolved (in his own words) only to have my post INSTA deleted with the tech lead saying "Dont post tech support concerns here, contact an in game GM"

That takes the micky.

But basically I was banned for complaining - how dare I?

What really took the piss is he gave me a link when he banned me to the trolling/spamming policy, which my post didnt even touch on! but worse still in "Action to be taken against trollers" - " A WARNING"

I got an outright ban without a warning.

COme on chaps, you know me, im not so bad.

I'm amazed you got banned. You going to appeal it?
