Feel free to add your own, but here are a few very useful utilities and resources for anyone into map making  , essential over 3.4 if you use models especially for Hammer , allows the use of the Null texture, and otherwise the best tools you can get for most uses , an incredibly useful heap of information for extracting files from PAKs [url=http://www.telefragged.com/wally/[/url]Wally[/url] for WAD creation for sound editing for creating RES files |

iirc  (can also extract and make .pak files in quark)
o...i used to have milkshape, but couldnt work out how to make models....i could open them by tearing apart an existing one...but not make
