| Post subject: | I can't find cstrike.wad |
my sierra folder no longer exists cause i never restored it, and the .wad files in the cstrike folder are all custom ones - will i have to reinstall off my origional half life cd to get all the wads? i could probably download them but that's too much hassle 
or am i missing something? are they hidden away in an accessible folder (not a .gcf?) thanks -Nick |

looks like a re-install tbh 
custom wads will download off our server if they are needed |

yes this is an annoying thing about steam, the wads are hidden in the gcf files. u can either dload a program to extract them, or reinstall 1.5 somewhere on your system.(i went for the 1.5 reinstall) |
