which one was it that got shot, the one with the red beard? didn't even realise they'd split up tbh, saw them once at ozfest98 but i wasn't into them that much, they were proper rednecks. bit harsh really, wonder if there'll be another push to ban guns again or have they just given up trying for tha...

anybody else get this yesterday? its feckin amazing  been listening to it most of the day and although the sound quality on some of the tracks isn't that good (in fact its piss poor on a couple of them) its still worth getting just for the acoustic demos that kurt did. there are loads of songs...

there was a feckin blizzard in sheffield on thurs night, snowed for about 4/5 hours but it didn;t really stick cos it'd been rainin. still had some snow about yesterdy though. hopefully we'll have a proper winter this year with lots of snow

is it supposed to validate the game files everytime you start hl2? don't know if its normal or my steams messed up. pretty good game though, couldn't be bothered playing it in normal cos i'd never play it again on hard if i did. i've just got up to the beach level, ravenhome took me a while cos of t...

don't know if you can use those pads with gloss, tried getting a better brush jamie? get a one with soft bristles and it should leave less marks. are you painting over gloss or have you sanded it down/using undercoat? it could just be that your not using enough, all you can do is trial and error rea...

you might need to check your PSU as well, sure i read somewhere that they take a different type of power connection to IDE drives

its 2001 all over again, whatever you do don't leave the spaceship, ignore whatever the computer says and try to locate the main control room

i've got it but my piece of crap computer can only manage 10 fps when it all starts to kick off. so until i can buy a new CPU and motherboard i'm stuck in the land of 1.6

theres an AVI to SVCD guide on the same site :

i can't say how good they are cos i've only ever extracted/mounted svcd's, never tried to make one.

Surely the antibiotics cost more than the hamsters? This is true, but something that doesn't concern Ollie as they are his pets. It may well cost us 60 quid to get the hamster better, and a new one would be under a tenner :? I can't really tell Ollie that his pet's not worth saving though, can I? Y...

Not happy with you badgers..... it seems you have left Hull off that list. No good bands ever used to go to hull, nearest any band would go is york/leeds. The biggest band i saw there was probably terrorvision, although manics played at the ice rink once but it got cancelled cos the power went. doe...

most of those bands/people are a piss take, wtf is missy elliot doing in there for a start she only released 1 maybe 2 albums in the 90s which were nothing special tbh and got her biggest hit a year or two ago. blur, oasis, radiohead and prodigy aren't too bad but i don't think they'll win it. Dr dr...

nah i think his called steve/norm but yeah he makes furniture and crap. looks a bit like ricky tomlinson.

i passed through on my way to bristol once, had to wait a couple of hours for a bus so i thought i'd have a look around. Although i didn't go that far away from the bus station but from what i saw it was a bit shitty, that was 5 years ago though so it might have got a bit better since then.

Beverley westwoods not bad, its not that big though and you'll have to watch out for the cows.

Apart from that i've heard dalby forest is very good, at least thats where they used to send us with school if we wanted to go mountain biking at the end of term.

de_dust4ever de_dustybleek de_dust_castle cs_haste_final de_centurion cs_psychobilly cs_school cs_greenhouse cs_r6_doublekill fy_poolday they're all very good custom maps, i've only played them on a 32 man server though so i don't know how some of them will do on an 18 man server. You could always p...

right i phoned a few places to try and get a demo of the setup i wanted but no one had any of the acoustic solution speakers, so i decided just to take a chance and buy them off the internet; i've got some AS m100 speakers for my hifi and they're pretty good so i thought the av1000 should be okay. a...
