The greatest summing up of a wiki i have seen. Beacause all the infor being put into it is mainly subjective (if only in the way a defintion is worded) then some on one will change it to suit them and so the cycle goes on.

True of course, but also true of pretty much any other information source.
At least wiki is viewed with some skepticism, unlike something like the Britannica, which judging by the article above, should be viewed on the same terms.

I've foud it useful for researching album releases, ie dates and labels etc.
