If you bought the Circular Polariser, then you should spend some time getting used to how it works, because it doesn't just have the potential to make skies more 'punchy'. It can also increase or decrease the reflections on the surface of water and windows. They are awsome with landscapes especially but you have to move them about because the effect depends on the angle of the sun.

I purchased a 350D a few months back, very very happy with it. Just got back from honeymoon and have about 600/700 photos to process now (all shot in RAW format)

Will do J :)

Barra when you say wide angle how wide are you talking? The pembroke lodge (whgere we got married BTW :D )ones are shot with my Sigma 10-22mm lens the 10mm end gives some great distortion (which i like, but its an acquired taste)

Its great for buildings and stuff to get really oddd angles and the likes. Thats was the first time i had used the lens so i shot everthing in that gallery with that lens. Once you get to 12/14mm you loose the distortion and get to use it as a normal wide angle lens.

Ive not used it as much as i thought i would, but then ive not really had chance to get out round the likes of london to make full use of it.

Heres an example;
