Bought something from ebay on Monday, paid extra for it for 24 hour parcelforce. Gets delivered today. I emailed the guy this morning asking where it was, he sends me a link back showing the tracking info. he sends it out Tuesday , via parcelforce 48 which is nearly 5 quid cheaper than I paid for. Should I email him and ask for the difference back, or just give him neutral feedback?
I paid £15 for next day, he then sends it out on a 2 day service. I think he has done the wrong thing, anyhow I emailed him and told him to pay me back the difference.
He stated 24 hr and sent it out 48 hr - that's not an innocent mistake, he knows what he has done and has tried to get extra money out of you under false pretences.
I'd ask for the difference back, if he refuses tell him you are likely to take it up with Ebay and Paypal as he has gone against his listing promises.
