Holy crap - who saw the two part starter then?
Who says our telly's not as good as the US? That pissed all over the recent series of 24 from a great height!

Watched them both back o back last night. Awesome TV, glad I didnt have to wait from Sunday to catch up. I have just resumed watching 24, S3. It doesnt have me hooked as the first season did. It always the same, cliffhanger just at the end. Least in Spoks they are not afraid to kll off a major character every now and then. Yarr.
was Colin and Malcolm getting jiggy with each other? Just a few comments made in this episode and it seemed as obvious as hell they were up to no good with each other. Never picked up on it before.
Non-the-less I can hear the screams of "I think its the guy with the turban" already
I haven't missed this "Muslim / Al Q / Terrorist" theme while I've been in Canada , I can tell you! (although some of the BBC2 documentaries have been excellent and to be honest, a couple of them have really opened my eyes/ changed my opinions of a couple of things)
anyhoo I digress, back on topic.

Ha!
In fact, if you'd given it time, you'd have seen that it was about elements of the government increasing the perceived threat of a terrorist attack in order to push through laws that restricted the rights of the populace.
So - it was actually the exact opposite of what you expected, and the series itself has been moving in an interesting direction.
The Head Spook (Harry) has already been shown to be someone who holds democracy dear and in previous episodes has gotten right under the skin of the government and MI6 who, in this series, don't.
They have covered terrorists, but normally in a more interesting way than you'd expect.

I had a witty comeback to the post before last, but the most recent one has helped my argument.
However.
I've tried to put a constructive argument forward and it hasn't worked, so I'm going to resort to calling you a molestor of seal cubs instead (ah, the old beastiality/peodophila combo, theres no beating that).
I might be wrong, but I dropped a clanger too - I don't think muslims wear turbuns, I think its Hindu's and Seik that do.

I used to be into beastiality and necrophilia, but in the end I realised I was flogging a dead horse.

I think Seikh's have to wear them because they're not allowed to cut their hair, don't they?
I'm not sure that the turban itself is something that is required by any religion. Not like those little caps the Jews wear, or the guilt that Catholics carry around. It's Muslim women that have prescribed dress isn't it?

I have to give respect where its due for the flogging a dead horse quip.
Jamie, I find you sexy when you are controversial.. are we ever going to meet for that man hug?
