Just thought i'd share this, as I've never played a single one of these games before.
Radiant Dawn is made by the people who make advance wars, and I reckon its a better game than that even. (massive Advance Wars fan).
Worth a look for anyone else on here, like me, who knew nothing of this series.

Seems to be another game where the reviewers pan it and the users actually enjoy it :

alright Bob?
yeah panning it seems to come from it being a sequel to exactly the same game on the gamecube - but then I haven't played it so don't care.
Also panning it probably also comes from the fact that IGN and Gamespot appear to be in developers hands through advertising (someone got sacked a month or so ago for giving a game a bad rating when they were the major advertiser - can't remember the name, Cain and something).
1up.com scores it correctly, in my view :
http://www.1up.com/do/gameOverview?cId=3153631
Still think its wicked after a couple of weeks.
Just got Super Smash Bros Brawl and a Freeloader to play US games - if you liked the music in Mario Galaxy, Brawl's just outstanding.
Seems finally the Wii is releasing some quality titles.. About bloody time!

Mario Galaxy is one of my fav games of all time - I've never really stuck to a game without A.D.D. kicking in and I wander off watching a butterfly flap past. Galaxy rocks.
I'm finding the Wii is suffering a bit from PS3 syndrome - only a few good games surrounded by a sea of mediocrity.

oh yeah, there's loads of shite out there. But I suppose the problem with previous nintendos has been the lack of 3rd party...
I always thought PS1 was like that, sure it had loads of games, but most were shite.

The way I view it is that I only ever going to buy ten or fifteen games for any console I own, therefore as long as I find that many eventually I am a happy bunny.

yeah fair play really.
Add me to your friends bob, I've updated on the Wii Friend code thread. (I changed my Wii).
I could recommend the following titles really:
Super Mario Galaxy
Mario Kart Wii
Metroid
Trauma Centre - Under the knife (if you haven't played the DS version - ROCK HARD in places tho).
Rayman Raving Rabbids 1 (2 is shite imo)
Links Crossbow Training
Fire Emblem (if you like advance wars)
PES 2008 (VERY good online).
so there's nine out of 15. Although you can get Rayman and Links CT for less than 10 quid each nowadays I think.
