BT ADSL for all (almost)

BT have scrapped the idea of pre registering for adsl for triggering an exchange upgrade.

That news is about 3 weeks old now

"Published Tuesday 27th April 2004 15:19 GMT"

Ahh well....
The campaigners were told via the BT campaigner BB the same time they sent out the press release

Ben Verweyen heavily hinted at it on the 4th of April at the Tower event.
