yeah it's a great film, he commentates it himself, so you really hear exactly what he wants you to. It's nearly all old footage, but alot of it i'd never seen. I was expecting them to replay the world trade centres several times but instead they just got the sound, and a black screen, which was a really good idea. I think you'll enjoy if you went to see it, but it's very long so take a drink and ummm..popcorn :)

yeah and thats one of the only moments in the film that I found truely appalling (goes to show how its horses for courses).

What in the hell has Sept11 got to do with Bush / his administration?

yeah sure people levy the "america was ill prepared" arguement, but ffs this was (I AM NOT A MEMBER OF AL-Q) a strategically brilliant attack that really was very difficult without hindsight to forsee.

For example, if AL-Q decides to attack us by hijacking oil tankers, loading them with explosive and smashing them into the ports , kind of like a grand version of the attack on US ships (environmental disaster, economic cost and LASTING damage) then we can look back in 2 years and say "we should have been prepared better, Dave knew this, Bob knew that etc etc". (and before anyone says im encouraging it with ideas like this, whats the likelyhood of smashing 5knot trawlers around? ;), but then again 2 years ago people would say whats the likelyhood of hijacking 5 planes with targets such as the pentagon, WTC, fort bragg etc

using this footage for ANY political message is just the same as osama using it for his own political message - inciting terror and trying to scare the pants of people.

My 2 cents, but a valid one I think

Bush's family have had intimate links with Osama B L's family, and I don't know if it's covered in the doc, but there are rumours that they allowed members of that family to flee the US after the attack.

I think there was a suggestion that OBL was somehow linked to the 9/11 attack.

I thought it was well documented that his family were offered protection to flee the country.

Fair do's I say, mob mentality would have killed his family.

Not if they were put in protective custody.
I would suggest they should have been kept secure in key terrorist targets.
