I watched it the other night (AOTC) and it was fantastic, not sure if the hype ruined it the first time round, but I really really enjoyed it.

The Magnificent Seven is an acknowleged remake of Seven Samurai, just as Yojimbo was remade into For a Few Dollars More and Last Man Standing.
The 'love' scene in the last Star Wars movie had people actually groaning in the theater I was in. It's not often that happens in a major movie release. People seem willing to forgive Lucas for this because the movie has lightsabers in it.

I did see 'The Peoples Edition' of The Phatom Menace which had some new bits in, and I certainly didn't notice much of Jarjar, not sure if I had been desensitised to his anoying screen presence tho!
