My dad (im posting for him) would like to cut out a music video from the credits of a movie, and enlarge it so it would fit on a normal tv screen for my sisters.
Now i couldnt figure out how the hell to do this, and can someone help me please?

well you seem to have clocked on to use adobe premier, but you will need to read a couple of tutorials to know how to edit your video.
getting the signal from pc to tv, you will need a genlock (a device that connects to both and displays what is on your screen, on your tv) and a/some coax cable to link your genlock and tv together:

as for where to get a genlock - i dunno but i think they're pretty expensive if all you are looking to do is edit one piece of film and eloay it onto a tv
