Banned

I have just been playing. Then I was kicked and banned whilst dead as I tk'd Jimbo--a member of my own clan.

This was just after I camped and shot woz in the back. hmmm.

Other than that I have done nowt wrong tonight.

If I have done something wrong the other night then I should have been banned then.

Nothing to do with tonight. Never even said boo to a goose.

FYI the ban was not in relation to your behaviour tonight, it was as a result of a long discussion on our server forum regarding your behaviour to other players, culminating in you coming onto the server and shouting something along the lines of "F*** you and your f***ing server" down voice comms after having been kicked for calling another player a C**t.

We've had numerous complaints from non-DVF and DVF alike about your language before 9, and about you using aggressive language in an insulting, rather than humorous way and although you are from a clan we get on well with, we feel that people cannot be allowed to ignore the server rules so consistantly.

Incidentally, it was not myself that banned you, and it was in no way related to you getting a kill against me, but I agree with the DVF group decision on this.

I take my hat off to you DVF - this has been a long time coming, and I haven't posted to stir things up - I'm just glad that reason does prevail on this server.

First of all -- the fuck you and your server remark was in response to being kicked for calling another player a cunt.

However---I was minding my own business and in retalliation I wound him up.

Now its not my fault I'm better at it then he was but I was the one kicked?

I saw that as unfair and so made the remark, again in retalliation for what I saw as draconian treatment.

Also I am not a "from a clan you get on with" -- I am CL along with Gooner. I founded the clan. Now you dont stay around as long as us if the CL is a dick.

I think 2 things are happening here.

1. I am wholly misunderstood.
2. I dont cry like a baby to the admins when someone upsets me---I just upset them back more and then said upset parties whine to the powers that be.

Its true I have a foul mouth--I'm a Geordie ffs---and I do sometimes forget the 9pm rule. I swear at work and in my daily life and although I shouldnt be judged because of that I do recognise that it is a rule of the server and do---when I remember try to observe it. Its like having Shaun Ryder on yer show---he's just like that.

and Turkey--well me and him have history or him and I. Whichever way you speak.

I just think it wrong and not very open minded not to get both sides of the story before making a decision.

Even the english legal system, however flawed, allows the accused some sort of defence. A grace I have not been allowed on your server

I'm not going to get on with everyone I meet but I never disrespect the admins and am always quite jovial with them.

For every person on your server that doesnt like me theres a 3 that do but you dont hear from them. Its like the news. You never hear good things on the news(apart from the "and then finally" part)---because it wouldnt be News.

finally I am passionate about CS--so I do get mouthy sometimes. Thats just me. Ask any of my Clan. It shouldn't be taken personally. Like I said--misunderstood.

Just unban me and lets leave it at that ey?

After all I'd hate to have to rub it in after we own you in the LOG

And then finally---soo soo the panda god laid in london zoo tonight. All the other pandas threw her a breaking her cherry party.

Sorry, but after a huuge amount of discussion, way more than we afford many of the fuckwits that show up on the server, we have decided as a clan that the attitude you have adopted is 'Im a reg, I can swaer, apologise, get away with it, and carry on'. Its not happening. You have abused us, and have also been complained about from normal players on te server. I also note from other people now we arn't the first to ban you for being an arse on servers. You only have yourself to blame.

Oh, and as a ps, we have had our server for years now, and never allowed swearing before 9pm, so us knowing you may swear because you are passionate, just doesnt cut the mustard. And if you think you can hold the LOG over us, then we simply wont partake in it. Hardly as though we are a competitive clan to start with. Fun without arseholes should be our motto. Just like the IOA guys seem to have figured out.

gpo does insult people more than anyone i've ever played cz with (and i play with kong, and flibbie, so thats sayin sumthin) if possible he should be banned from every server, ever, anywhere.
