Hello and welcome to the guild Thread

Made this thread so we can keep all guild discussion in here

Just for those that don't know I have now started a guild on the sunstrider server currently collecting sigs to get the guild registered

The current name of the guild is "The Monstrous Regiment" (can me changed if people don't like it just needed a name for the charter, once again stolen from a book ;) )

OK folks - currently lvl 30 on Doomhammer (night elf rogue, dh is PvE) and it'd be nice to transfer the player over to sunstrider when it gets implemented. Until then I'm gonna start a new character on Sunstrider to see what all the PvP fuss is about and (if I'm invited) join up with the DVFers :)

Thinking of Human Warrior so I don't have to think too much about things when I'm playing for a change... I'll edit the post when I get the details sorted.

This is very for choosing a new char btw

My Sunstrider char is now up and running...

Amazing how quickly you fly up the levels when you've already played and area through with another character!

Stablio - transfers will be specified server to specified server only :(

Transferring to a PVP server is doubtful unfortunately.

Good meeting y'all in lovely Sunstrider land. I'm now lvl 12 and specialising in Mining/Blacksmithery and can cook a mean spicy wolf burger.

Is the plan to keep the guild regs only or are you gonna let a few outsiders in as well? Inviting someone you don't know is often regretted but if they seem like a decent and trustworthy player it might be worth padding out the charter to get things going. Having guildchat is v useful - especially as it means you only have to say hello to everyone once when you log in :)

My lvl 29 char is gathering dust on the other server though - which is a shame.

My brother inlaw who has a large guild on Agramar, said that he can make a char and sign the charter. Just so we can reach the magic 10.....

my brother also uses my account (but don't tell anyone) and he could sign it with his susntrider character. if two chars from same account can sign one charter that is.

Not according to my bro inlaw, otherwise you could have a guild with one player with 10 different chars

Not sure about this, the person that has the guild chater can't sign it with a alt due to it being spellbound don't know about other players, aslo don't think you can have 10 chars on the same server

I thought you could have a silly number of alts?
Like 50 or something

Depends on what the others think

At the moment we seem stuck at 5 sigs, looks like we might gain a couple more but that would still be short.

My personal thinking is we should consider people from outside but only if we like them (ie some of us quest with them quite often and they say hello overhere) basically I just want to keep if lighthearted and fun (like the cs server in the most part)

I can always create a char on Sunstrider to help you guys out - probably wouldn't use it much if ever but would give you another signature

Could well be helpfull, would be better to get up and running then we can get people in that we want to, rather then just getting people in to make up sigs (which I don't want to do)

Just a heads up that Cluderi has posted on DVD forums saying he's started a char on Sunstrider, think he is or was DVF
