I did that, before I posted up here, pure as the driven snow me, not one black booking, really weird, and they haven't got back to my email yet ?

Garghh still no joy, I can browse the guest forums when I'm not logged in but when I stick my name /password in I can't even view them, I haven't been banned, but have I missed some email where I have to authenticate myself now they are opening up the forums more?

Anyone do us a favour and stick a message in the bug report forum for me.

Cheers mate, But I'm not back I presume it shows up when I'm 'logged in' but it doesn't let me get into the actual forums. I suspect they have pruned the database by sending out an email you had to authenticate and because I was going through a Jamie created email that bounced to my normal one it's gone astray. I have set up a proper bt email for myself now, but have no way to get into my profile to change it,

That'll teach me to be too lazy to bother doing it before. I'm sure they'll get back to me eventually.

Aparrently they have e-mailed you at your registered address. I take it you have told them that the account is dead?
They have closed the thread on me so can't ask them to sort it for you.
