League of Gentlement - Friendly League

To all DVF and non-DVF !

You may or may not know about the friendly league [BSOD] are running.

The first run has just come to an end and was a great success, so we are expanding it and inviting more clans to take part. It is a friendly league primarily used to bloody your new recruits and practice teamplay and have fun, i.e. it is not a serious ladder like Enemy Down. We aim to have one match a week, and you play home and away against each clan (not in the same night though !). Points are awarded for win and draws, with bonus points up for grabs if map of the week or custom maps are played.

well im kinda joining one actually, but you can't suggest something as soon as you join....can you?

By the by oddeye, how's you trip going? can you play cs over there?

no, it's with a mate and his mates and i'm not really in it, but i am considering, it's called The BrotherHood, which unknown to the creators, was a name doomed from the start:

The BrotherHood (TBH) <---i pointed out this as a bad idea
so they changed to: The Brotherhood (TB) <--- i pointed out his as a bad idea
The brotherhood (T) <--- this has not been suggested yet, but it sucks

and as for -=FVD=- they still haven't caught on to the many hints i have so stealthily laid down....

It's going fine, am still in Scotland but it's only a few days before I leave for America and unfortunately I can't play CS till I get back. By which time you will might just acheive your dream and be in DVF, who knows..

I think it was G@V wasn't it - and didn't he play on the server for 2 years before he was invited in?

my tactics were stay quiet, dont annoy ppl & have a bit of £ to spare

2 years and less than 100 posts got me in

seems to me 2 yrs is a minimum requirement
