Although im finding CS quite fun again after the month or so break.

Hey I have just started playing Planetside - is there anything you can suggest to break the monotonous cycle of death/spawn/3 minute run to battle/death ???

yup.. you walk to the battle thus taking 5 minutes..

its changed loads since i last played in february.. just trying to get to grips with flying again, bfv has had too much influence on my flying skillz..

its a Massively Multiplayer, its designed to sink as much of your time as possible.

Kinda.. it can get tedious when you on yer own, i normally only play it when theres few GF5 as squad in prowlers and we is all on TS.

Last night i was on 1/12 k/d

I am now able to be hidden (I get killed close up), medium armour (I get killed from afar) and MAX (I get killed quicker than I can get to the damn fight).

And I still die more than I kill - the only chance I have of upping my K/D ratio is if my Mossie stumbles across an unmanned reaver on the ground.

i got well annoyed last night, i threw a grenade, went to throw another but couldnt, wasnt responding, ended up wacking my mouse button a few times only for it to fall at my feel and blow me up :/

Yeah urb, as part of the upgrade of grenade clip size from 1 to 3, they slowed the rate at which you can throw them.

Bob - I love planetside, been playing it almost non-stop for a year now and I don't find it repetitive - I have loadsa of characters from different empires to use if I get bored: BR20/CR2 and BR18/CR0 terrans on Werner, one with infil/combat engy/adv hack/reaver/armoured assault/AMS and one with Rexo/heavy assault/AV/Reaver. Also got BR15 VS, BR7 VS, BR5 VS and BR10 NC on emerald.

Experiment with different certs and find something you enjoy. If you don't like running to battles, go somewhere where your side is under attack and defend a base - quick respawn + more experience.

What empire are ya BTW?

I'm mostly playing BFV at the moment Candyman - been playing on the usual Jolt servers.
I'm getting some nightmare lag recently though, and most other people on the server report that it's fine, so I don't know what the problem is.

I did blow up a chopper with a grenade though, which was nice.

aye, were terran,

as Infiltrator, if an enemy has an implant activated(cant remember name), they can see you.. plus if you move, it shows the predator effect unless you stop dead..

I didnt buy CC as i think its not worth the money, had the trial for a week, but i just didnt use it, or have chance to use it.
