You might wanna sort out your crew because Bloodomen was playing today (Sun 10/03/02), when he changed his name to -=TR=- Matty then asked Maggot "had blood been on today?", to which maggot replied "yes". He then went on to ask how blood had been playing, cos certain clan members had been saying blood had been playing crap (his words not mine), he then went on to TK 3 people (intentionally) while using your name.

I had just happened to write down blood's wonid because he was also TK'ing before hand under his name, and was getting loads of complaints from people, mainly the KIA crew, (which incidentally Maggots brother is the leader of (apparently), how ironic is that!)

When i questioned him about it (TK'ing and whether it was actually you or him) he wouldnt reply even after threatening to ban him if he didnt reply. Both Blood and maggot just left, after i heard blood say "oh god im gonna be banned in a minute"

So i am going to apply a ban on him for now, if he wants to appeal then do so here.

To add insult to injury i also have a screenshot of Bloodomen saying his "Aimhack" is broken,

So to summarise:-

Impersonating the TR clan leader (obviously he wasnt banned for that) but i thought you should know.

Lots of TK's, both in the name of Bloodomen and Matty and when questioned about it he would not respond.

3. A screen shot with blood saying his "Aimhack" is broken (if you want to see this the im sure someone can host it and it will be posted here)

EDIT:- Thought i'd also add this which i had posted in our private forum.

Just been observing on the server and watching -=TR=-maggot when i heard the following words come out of voice comms :-

"The only cheat ive ever used is......" He stopped at this point as he got into a gun fight, He is currently not banned however.

This does not reflect very well on the TR crew, with one member already permanently banned, the above events and also the suspicious demo of Asher.

leigh, could you think that he might of been one of thoses jokes when people play back and say aimhack is broke, since aimbots and stuff do not break....., yes bloodomen doesn't like maggot alot anyway so thats proberly why he did that, i need to talk to blood omen but the funnything is i don't have his e-mail cause i never got it and i never will cause he is banned from dvf

He wasnt banned because of the Aimhack comment, it was because of the constant TK'ing!!, and not even trying to explain what he was playing at, when i questioned him. I went through the normal procedure of putting our normal message up about Constant Tk'ers will be banned (other DVF members can verify this), but the TK'ing still continued, so what choice did i have?? Its our server, and we have some simple rules to make it a better place for everybody who plays there, and if anybody cant play by those rules then they will be banned, simple as that. Just because your regulars, like many others on our server, doenst mean you get special treatment when things like this occur. Those simple rules cover absolutely everybody who joins our server including us.

What do you mean aimbots dont break??, of course they can, just like Windows, CS or any piece of software can break/get corrputed!

, your telling me youve never had to re-install ANY piece of software because it has stopped working correctly??, come on...

The Aimhack comments/picture is purely superfical to the whole incident, as it happened before the TK'ing incident, and yes it could of been a joke, but after i heard Maggot talking about using cheats i wasnt taking any chances.

And as for this e-mail address im sure someone in TR must be able to contact/go to school with him.

well he always had M (mint) scores EVERYTIME, not havin that but i agree the TR crew seem to have alot of bad press due to cheaters so if you are the CL matty u better sort it out!!!!!

Look at it from a -=DVF=- point of view, you already have a TR member banned for cheating on our server and who is in several well recognised cheat databases, you now have two more members talking about cheats they use, one of which is now banned for intentional TK'ing and then there is a demo of another member on our server teleporting all over the place.

I also received complaints from regulars and non-regulars alike yesterday about maggot and bloodomen spamming voice comms, again i told them to cut down the non CS chat, but to no avail

So what are we supposed to think about your Clan?, thats why i think wednesday's clan game should go on hold.

Looks pretty damming to me... I will post my view in the admin forum, but I can't say it's looking very good for ANY 'TR' clan members if this keeps up..

More simmering allegations are being looked into with regards to the server being crashed by a certain 'TR' clan member....

Oh well!

ok first of all, the guy that is in the cheaters data base is not in the clan any more. TR do not take cheaters into the clan, and if you watched bloodomen barracuda his aim was not perfect and he doesn't know where every one is. and he has his off days.

He has now left TR because of the banning, and no he lives no where near me and i don't have his e-mail i never got it. Zero the guy that is in the cheaters data base, has friends in OcUk including hat, fluffy, and mcbain, mcbain even tried to get him unbanned but still nothing, i still have more members in TR so i think the match should still go on...but its up to you.
And yes it is your server but i have not been able to talk to blood about this so i can not defend him as well as i try and defend all my members and i always get to the bottom.

and when was the server crashed by a member?

ok so some guy teleports all over the place i guess that would be val...First of all he has lag he doesn't have cheats no scripts or anything cause he doesn't know how to use them. and the video that eagle left is not working on my computer what format is it.
Ok so i can get incontact with him get his e-mail off darkomen who is his best friend he is in PHI.

The server wasnt crashed, but the logs reported an attempt was made to crash the server yesterday afternoon by a member of -=TR=-, it actually looks like it was unintentional, so i wont go into details, cos obviously we dont want to explain how it works

151275722 is bloodomens icq if thats any help, he used 2 b in phi for like a day, i dont beleve that he cheated but that doesnt mean he didnt or has never done so in the server. he is only 14 or so and he was proberbly joking around with the name changing coz thats the kind of thing he does but at the end of the day joking like thats stupid anyway and he didnt explain his actions so i think u done the right thing to ban his ass.

UPDATE:-

This evening bloodomen made an appearance on the server

, i wrote down his WONID and IP address, when questioned he said he was on a different PC thats how he has a different WONID and managed to get on.

I went and checked the server logs from sunday to compare, and his IP address tonight matches the one from sunday!!, but with a different WONID

So he must of used a key generator for a new WONID.

He also said to me he didnt get a chance to explain himself cos i kicked and banned him, i only banned about 15 minutes AFTER he left, in fact i wrote the original post at the top of this thread first before i banned him!, he also kept saying that he only TK'd once, and as we all know the server logs say different.

ok so this stuffs gone on with no explanation from him so far but as i type this i think he is posting one right now, it also seems that u guys are kinda jumping to conclusions...

not really he could have had another legit copy of the game and reinstalled or played on another pc on a LAN. all im saying is that assumptions are the mother of all f*** ups.
he has not explained all these incadents but i think u should keep open minds. i mean its not like any of uve never tk'd even if it is intentional like if some one deliberatley shoots u, i bet alot of u have been banned from servers for cheating when u havent been, i know i have.
also bloodomen didnt know anything about this forum till i told him today so i hope this will all be resolved.
dont get me wrong im not saying its my server or nothin i just wouldnt want this to happen to me

i would just like too say about the TKING i was being shot constantly by AbFab Rehab too like 20 rounds for 2 rounds in a row WHICH LEIGH SAW AS HE WAS SPECTATOR and said stop it.So then i got pissedd off and killed him.I do not recolect tking again (apparently i did)so it has either been edited or i cant aim a gun and am blind probably the latter

About changing name too maggot he wouldnt talk too me as he was being immature (even more immmature than me) os i cahgned too matty too make him listen too me but i didnt get chance too ask him the stuff i wanted too ask him. When i said my aimhack was broke i was playing really bad and well it was a joke ffs ive said it loads of times o your server and others and everyone usually just laughs.like when i say CHEAT ACTVIATED after playing abd ans start playing good

.I do not cheat and never willas it spoils the game for the person playing and others.And the thing about me coming on server using different WON ID but not diff IP is because me and bro are on a LAN and share same internet ip (i think it says i have his ip not sure)and obviously it was his WON ID.We sahre cable btw i think matty knows this not sure.Erm and really tbh i ahve played on your server ALOT over 200 hours id say and you never had any problems with me before and i did state who iw as when you asked whehter it was me or matty i said it was BloodOmen not matty.Also when i said i didnt tk i did actually rectifie that by admitting my TK and i sid it dont count as it was retaliation FORM DELBERATE tking from abfab.

Ill be honest i think that leigh shouldve really said somehting about abfab attacking me and that it was retaliation but no one else seems too know that and if he was running demo its conventient that he misses out the bit where it says ABFAB ATTACKED A TEAM MATE.

AND I DONT CHEAT!!!!!!! I hope you will change your mind about ahving me ban ned but if it doesnt PLEASE UNBAN MY BROTHER as he shouldnt be banned.If thesde are banable offenses fair enough but he aint dun owt but i still feel that you are looking at this in a biased and unfilled in perspective.
